Employers Liability

The law requires employers to be fully aware of the frequent changes in the law relating to Health and Safety at work. Employers are required to have in place safe systems of work, provide proper training to its workforce, ensure that all machinery is safe to use and regularly inspected and maintained.

Furthermore, depending on your occupation, the law requires employers to provide adequate protective clothing including gloves, helmets and steel capped boots where appropriate.

From our experience, a majority of the injuries sustained at work occur as a result of employers failing to comply with any one of the above mentioned laws and regulations.

Please note that your employers are not doing you a favour by providing any of the above, they are legally required to do so!

Therefore if you are injured as a result of an accident at work and are wondering if you are entitled to compensation then please contact us for a free, no obligation consultation.
